iPhone (iOS)
Android
Windows (Laptop / Desktop)
Mac (MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac)
Microsoft Word
Om pesoen

iPhone (iOS)

Noen få alternativer for valutasymbol vises. Sveve til ₱ å velge.

Windows (Laptop / Desktop)

Mac (MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac)

Whatever app you’re using, on the top menu bar, click Edit.

On the drop down menu, click Emoji & Symbols. This must open the character Viewer. another way is to press Ctrl + Command + Space. The character customer must appear.

Find the ₱ symbol and click to select. You may type the word “peso” on the search bar of the customer to find it easily.

If you’re not liking how that peso sign looks, you can find other versions of it (italic, bold, serif, sans-serif, etc) by clicking the menu button in the upper ideal corner of the window. It will reveal a lot more symbols, categorized by type.

You may click the Currency symbols on the sidebar or type PESO on the sidebar. click on the peso sign, and the available font variations of the peso sign will appear. double click your preFerred fontvariasjon.

Glad reisende for helgen.

Dag 2: Å jage fossefall i Luisiana

Hulugan Falls is a destination that was unknown to most up until recently, so there are not many facilities or establishments around. There are no lockers or baggage counters, however since we had our ride, we just kept our valuables in the SAIL’s spacious trunk. Vi hadde bare fire poser som etterlot rommet mye ledig plass, Enabling us to rummage with our possessions much more easily. The locals are likewise kind as well as friendly. They watched over the vehicle while we were out.

Still a great deal of space left.
Before the trip we decided to see all three waterfalls in the area instead of just one. however as soon as we began, we understood we would be having a difficult time. since it rained difficult the day before, the path was muddy as well as extremely slippery, slowing us down as well as making it more dangerous. There were a number of steep climbs as well as descents, as well as we truly had to deal with them extremely carefully.

The very first waterfall is called Talay, a two-tiered cascade that rumbled violently as the gushing water gets pingponged as it drops. Talay is more relaxing than arresting, thanks to a set of bamboo benches installed just next to it.

A steep ascent as well as more hiking from Talay led us to our second stop, hidden Falls, so-called since it was concealed behind giant rocks. this is more grandiose. The stream flows down a heavily textured cliff, making heavy splashes along the way. It was a marvelous sight.

To get to the primary act, we had to trip on an even more slippery path down the hill. It would have been an simple hike to Hulugan Falls if it weren’t so muddy. almost all of us slipped; I did twice. (Note to self: next time, dominate this waterfall at least 2 days after the rain!) By the time I reached the site, my knees were trembling uncontrollably out of exhaustion, which quickly disappeared when I caught my very first glimpse of the waterfall.

Hulugan Falls
Hulugan is magnificent. It’s a single column cascading down a huge mountainside. It is a colossal waterfall that dwarfed whatever surrounding it. Mini-pools dot the rocky banks of the basin below it, which invited us for a therapeutic, well-deserved dip. “It’s deeper than usual,” stated our guide Alvin, who explained exactly how the rain impacts the activities here. Apparently, there are summertime months when this would have extremely bit water, which makes the cascade less captivating. Lucky, lucky us. I assumption the slippery journey was worth it.

Hidden Falls
Talay Falls
Our waterfall chase lasted half a day. It was almost 3 o’clock when we emerged from the forest. After a quick shower as well as freshening up, we hopped into the SAIL as well as went on our method back to Manila.

Hulugan Falls is definitely one of the most gorgeous waterfalls I’ve seen in the Philippines, as well as to believe that it’s just a three-hour drive away makes it even more attractive to me. I fell in like with it so difficult that I returned just a week later, this time around taking public transportation. The experience was different. Taking the bus, jeepney as well as then tricycle to get there as well as back [turned out to be] more expensive. When we had our ride, we spent only P500 on gas as well as P428 on toll charges (P214 one-way). split by four people, we spent only P232 per person. compare that to P280 overall bus fare as well as P60 overall jeepney fare (not yet counting the tricycle fare). having our trip likewise enabled us to be more versatile as well as made us more available to possibilities.

So yep, we did enjoy the weekend despite the sour weather. however that’s partly since we have our own ride. Ha ha. If we were to take public transportation, we would have canceled it right away. We’re so thankful we sailed through!

8 totally free or inexpensive things to perform in KYOTO as well as OSAKA

It’s fascinating that, provided the proximity of Kyoto as well as Osaka from each other (less than half an hour by train), each city radiates a unique vibe that distinguishes itself from the other. I discovered it as soon as I stepped off the train station: while Kyoto is all about heritage as well as tradition, Osaka is fast-paced as well as adventurous. Kyoto has its temples, shrines as well as UNESCO sites; Osaka has its cuisine, buying districts, as well as enjoyment parks.

This distinct connection has existed because bygone times. Indeed, an old Japanese stating completely explains the two cities’ dichotomy: “Wear kimonos till you decrease in Kyoto, eat till you decrease in Osaka”.

Yet these differences only make me want to check out the two cities even more, if only to total the experience. This yin-and-yang, complementary connection had me persuaded that the two cities are somehow developed to be delighted in as one single destination.

For budget-minded travelers, planning for not just one, however two cities teeming with (pricey) attractions can be rather the chore. Thankfully, these cities are much more available to tourists than ever before. Not only have the visa limitations loosened, inexpensive carriers have been much more as well as much more aggressive as well as competitive in promoting flights to Kansai worldwide Airport, the gateway to Osaka as well as Kyoto. Cebu Pacific Air, in particular, has been providing inexpensive fares for Osaka five times a week, with the lowest year-round fare at P6399. That is a fantastic offer already. however you can count on CEB to bring it even lower during seat sales, which occur much more frequently these days. (Tip: comply with them on Facebook as well as turn on your notifications for their page so you get an alert when they have a new post!)

Cebu Pacific Air flies to Osaka 5 times a week.

When you’re already in Osaka or Kyoto, whatever ought to be easier. Not whatever fun in these destinations ought to break the bank. In fact, a number of draws right here are cost effective to the typical traveler. Some are even FREE. right here are seven affordable activities you can perform in the two cities; these can quickly add a day or two to your itinerary, without the significant extras to your expenses.

Osaka Castle Park

Treat the history nerd in you at Osaka Castle!

Osaka Castle
The castle is the crown jewel of the 106-hectare Osaka Castle Park, where age-old moats as well as fortifications exist together with stadiums, restaurants as well as other contemporary buildings. Osaka Castle is itself a blend of the old as well as new: while the exterior has stayed fairly faithful to the original design, the inside is contemporary in every aspect, with air-conditioned halls, an elevator, as well as an observation platform. A silent see to various battles during less tranquil times, the castle now serves mainly as a museum.

Aside from the primary tower, spread across the castle grounds are 13 structures deemed culturally considerable by the Japanese government. numerous of these landmarks include bilingual inscriptions outlining their function in history.

The park itself is FREE, however entrance to the Osaka Castle museum as well as other structures need an entrance charge (JPY 600 for the museum). If traveling by train, the park is many available through Osakajokoen station of the JR Osaka loop Line.

TAROKO GORGE travel GUIDE: Bus Passes, Tours, things to Do

This diy travel guide blog focuses on TAROKO GORGE in HUALIEN, TAIWAN, and contains the top tourist spots, things to do, and info on how to get there. If you’re interested in exploring the larger TAIWAN east coast or HUALIEN COUNTY, check out our guide here: Hualien travel Guide.

The site owes its name to the Pacific. and to one tribesman.

A long time ago, when a native Truku tribesman came out of a gorge and saw the blue splendor of the world’s biggest ocean, he admiringly shouted, “Taroko!” It means “magnificent and beautiful.”

What he did not know then was that his word would be the name of this complicated marble maze. Taroko Gorge, as it is presently called, is a treacherous territory, crumpled with deep ravines and steep crags. But like the ocean that rumbles next to it, it too is amazing and stunning in its own right.

Officially named Taroko national Park (太魯閣國家公園), Taroko Gorge is a 19-km-long canyon along the northeastern coast of Taiwan. The area is fully loaded with marble, a product of the tectonic clash between the Eurasian and Philippine plates. The limestone metamorphosed into marble as the plates forced the site to rise half-a-centimeter a year over 100 million years. one of the eight national parks in Taiwan, it offers visitors amazing views of its rugged landscapes.

You can tour Taroko Gorge by taking the bus (DIY-style) or by joining a group tour. here are the details of each, along with their pros and cons.

Taroko Gorge group Tour

What’s terrific about joining a group tour is, you don’t need to worry about anything else. just show up and a service vehicle will take you to the key spots. You don’t need to worry about memorizing bus schedules or missing the last bus.

One thing that I appreciate about tours is that Qingshui Cliff scenic area is typically included in the itinerary. Qingshui Cliff is not easy to reach by public transportation on your own, so having a ride to get there skips the hard part. Some tours also make a stop at a few attractions along the way that are outside of Taroko Gorge.

The downside, of course, is you don’t have control of your time and because most tour itineraries are usually packed, you spend limited time per stop.

Still, this is a terrific choice for those traveling with kids or seniors because it eliminates standing in line waiting for the next bus.

Klook’s Taroko Gorge tour itinerary includes the following sites:

Qingshui Cliff scenic Area

Buluowan Plateau

Swallows’ Grotto (Yanzikou Trail)

Tianxiang

Changchun Shrine (Eternal spring Shrine)

Qixingtan scenic Area

Taroko Gorge By Bus

The cheapest way of sightseeing in Taroko Gorge is by taking the bus. The beauty of taking the bus is, you have total control of your time. Unlike with group tours, you may choose to stay longer at a certain stop if you feel like it. You may skip a site if it doesn’t interest you. and in case you missed it, it’s cheaper.

Two bus companies operate around Taroko national Park, each with their own lines. Hualien Bus company controls Buses 1133A, 1133, 1126, and 1141, which all start at Hualien Station. Taroko Bus company operates Bus 302, which departs from Xincheng Station. Both companies offer day passes that tourists may use to enjoy unlimited rides, but the pass issued by one bus line can’t be used to board the other. For example, if you purchase a Bus 1133A day pass, you can’t use it for Bus 302 because it’s by another company. Buses from each line are also around 1 hour apart. Meaning, if you’re holding a 1133A pass and you miss the 1133A bus by a minute, you’ll have to wait for an hour for the next one.

Hence, the best way to take advantage of BOTH these bus companies isn’t to purchase a day pass from either but to just get an EasyCard, which is Taiwan’s IC card, similar to Hong Kong’s Octopus card, Singapore’s EZ card, or Japan’s ICOCA, PASMO, or SUICA. Both the Hualien buses and Bus 302 accept the Easycard. This way, if you miss a bus, you don’t have to wait for an hour. You just wait for the next bus, whichever comes first, regardless of which company operates it.

You can purchase an Easycard at convenience stores like 7-Eleven and family Mart and MRT stations. cost of the card is NT$100. You will have to load it with credits first before you use it.

Bus 1133A, 1133, 1126, 1141

Hualien Bus company operates the public passenger buses (Buses 1126, 1141, 1133) and tour Taiwan Taroko shuttle buses (Bus 1133A) from Hualien. All these buses depart from Hualien Station. here are the departure times of the public buses:

Bus 1126. Departs at 06:30am

Bus 1141. Departs at 08:40am

Bus 1133. Departs at 10:50am and 01:50pm

Aside from these, there’s also Bus 1133A, which has multiple trips a day (one almost every hour) from 7am until early afternoon. This serves those who hold bus passes.

Notice the A. Bus 1133, which is a public passenger bus, is different from Bus 1133A, which is a shuttle bus.

The stops vary depending on the Bus number.

Most tourists choose to purchase a 1-day or 2-day pass, which will entitle them unlimited rides on all buses above including shuttle bus 1133A and public buses 1126, 1141, and 1133. here are the rates of the bus passes:

1-day pass: NT$ 250

2-day pass: NT$ 400

Last trip from Hualien: 03:10pm (Bus 1133A)
Last trip from Tianxiang: 05:00pm (Bus 1133A)

The tickets can be purchased at the bright orange building adjacent Hualien train station. It’s hard to miss.

Bus 302

Taroko Bus company operates Bus 302, which departs from Xincheng station for Tianxiang almost hourly from 07:10am until 05:10pm.

First trip from Xincheng: 07:10am

Last trip from Xincheng: 05:10pm

Last trip from Tianxiang: 06:00pm-06:50pm

1-Day Pass: NT$ 150

You can download the full schedule here: Bus 302 Timetable.

A Bus 302 day pass is available at NT$150. Again, it’s only accepted at Bus 302 and won’t work at the buses coming from Hualien.

Bus 302 is typically generally less crowded than Bus 1133A. There are also more 302 buses than 1133A buses, which makes it a better option when getting around within the Taroko national Park. The problem is, it starts and terminates at Xincheng Station. If your hotel is in Hualien, you will have to take a separete trip to or from Xincheng.

Important Reminders

Get brochures upon ticket purchase so you have the latest timetable and more info about each site.

Make sure you catch the last bus back to the city. Some seasons see additional buses so please double check the official website for the updated timetable.

The route going out isn’t exactly the same as going in. There are a couple of deviations. For example, buses stop at the iconic Changchun Shrine only on the way back.

Delays are common. Don’t expect buses to arrive or depart on the dot.

Planlegge på forhånd. It’s impossible to see everything Taroko Gorge has to offer in a day. decide which stops you want to see and prioritize them.

The best way to get around Taroko Gorge area is to buy an Easycard instead of the day passes so you get to use buses coming from both Hualien and Xincheng.

Tianxiang. A usual “lunch stop,” it is a river terrace recreational area set at the confluence of the tributaries to Liwu River, the Taci Jili and the Dasha. It is surrounded by wondrously challenging topography — mountaintops and river dales, tunnels and bridges.

Xiangde Temple. On the northwest plateau of the opposite Jiangkou mountain at 457m stands the Xiangde Temple, the centerpiece of a Buddhist Linzizong complex.

He finds just exactly how much there is to see in Peru that tourists never visit. In a country full of Inca ruins, numerous are still unexcavated as well as have few tourists. It’s one of the best-written tales I checked out last year as well as opened me as much as a whole new comprehending of the Incas. There was a great deal about Peru I didn’tknow, as well as now I’m even much more thrilled to see the country someday, comply with Adams’s footsteps, as well as get off the beaten path! purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

Holy Cow: An Indian Adventure, by Sarah Macdonald

Journalist Sarah MacDonald composes about her experience moving to India to comply with her boyfriend, in spite of vowing never to return after a see a few years before (she hated India after her very first visit). The book is well-written as well as funny as well as features remarkable insights into Indian culture as well as its differences from the West. From family, marriage, as well as dating to class breakdowns, Sarah shares a great deal about her time in the country. In a way, it’s the traditional fish-out-of-water tale, however it reminded me of my own experience living in Thailand as well as having to adapt to Thai culture. I couldn’t put this book down as well as delighted in her account of culture shock as well as exactly how India broke down her preconceived notions of Western versus Indian values. It enabled her to appreciate the very best of both worlds. purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

The Kite Runner, by Khaled Hosseini

I very first checked out this book when it came out in 2003, however after just recently rummaging with my book collection at my parents’ house, I chosen it up again. The book complies with the story of Amir, a rich afghan youngster who escapes with his household during the Soviet invasion, grows up in America, as well as ultimately goes back to Afghanistan during Taliban guideline to save his friend’s son. though I checked out it numerous years ago, it stays one of my preferred books of all time. Re-reading it made me recognize why it was such a phenomenon — it’s beautifully as well as vividly written with strong characters as well as a powerful story about grief, guilt, as well as redemption. Hosseini’s comply with up, A Thousand Splendid Suns, is just as powerful. If you’ve never checked out his works, do so. purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

Salt: A world History, by mark Kurlansky

While dense, this book was surprisingly extremely fascinating. It traces the history of salt as well as its significance to civilization, ancient empires, as well as world exploration. It’s full of quirky facts that make you recognize exactly how much of our world was influenced by salt. For example, to be “worth one’s salt” implies to be worth one’s pay: the word “salary” comes from the Latin word for salt (sal). ancient Romans as well as soldiers were commonly paid in salt because it was so valuable. Salt was suggested to me by a number of my friends, as well as it was one of the most interesting books I checked out last year. It’s essential to understand about the world — you can’t comprehend a location if you don’t comprehend its past, as well as this book will discuss a great deal of the past to you. purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho

This book is always on my “top reads” list. A story about complying with your dreams, this is one of the most commonly checked out books in recent history. It follows a young shepherd young boy traveling from Spain to Egypt after he has a dream telling him he needs to get to Egypt. Along the way, he satisfies fascinating people, learns to comply with his heart, choose the flow, as well as finds like as well as the implying of life. The book is full of fantastic as well as inspiring quotes. My preferred is, “If you can concentrate always on the present, you’ll be a pleased man…Life will be a celebration for you, a grand festival, since life is the moment we’re living best now.” A book about complying with your dreams is ideal for travelers since we definitely are dreamers. I’ve checked out this book several times. purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

Zen as well as the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: An query into Values, by Robert M. Pirsig

Originally published in 1974, this book has been a traditional hit because its release as well as was a long overdue checked out for me. I’ve heard people talk about it for years, as well as it’s extremely suggested by Tim Ferriss, one more starved visitor I respect. The book complies with a dad as well as his young child during a summertime motorcycle trip across America’s Northwest. The tale addresses love, growth, discovery, as well as the implying of existence. It is one of those deep books that utilizes travel as a backdrop to make us concern why we do what we do, what makes us happy, as well as exactly how we can be happier. like The Alchemist, this is an uplifting as well as inspiring story that makes you want to turn your dreams into a reality. purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

Into the Wild, by Jon Krakauer

This book (which influenced the outstanding film of the exact same name) complies with Christopher McCandless after he graduates from college, donates his cost savings to charity, as well assets off across the united states in browse of a deeper implying to life. Sadly, he was discovered dead by hikers in Alaska after incorrectly eating the wrong type of berries. Not much is understood is about his time on the road as McCandless utilized an alias (Alexander Supertramp) while traveling. Krakauer tries to fill in the blanks by utilizing McCandless’s diary as well as interviewing the few people he satisfied on the road. in spite of the tragic ending, I discover this an inspiring story about breaking the mold, complying with your dreams, as well as trying to online a much more meaningful life. purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

Almost French: like as well as a new Life in Paris, by Sarah Turnbull

I like all books about people who autumn in like with Paris, so when this came up in Amazon as a suggested read, I promptly purchased it as well as wasn’t disappointed. Sarah Turnbull’s see to the City of Light was expected to last a week, however she ends up staying permanently with the man she had traveled to Paris to see (Paris has that impact on people). This book complies with Turnbull’s life in the city as she navigates the highs as well as lows of trying to in shape into a foreign culture while slowly falling much more as well as much more in like with it. It’s a fish-out-of-water tale as well as clichéd at numerous times, however it provides lessons on embracing life in a foreign culture that will never truly accept you as one of its own. funny as well as witty, I discovered it to be a fun page-turner. purchase on Amazon | purchase on Bookshop

Sunrise at Culion Church and Fortress, Palawan

I was able to beat my alarm clock. At five in the morning, I woke up from a short and shallow slumber, opened my eyes, got up and out of the bed, and then the alarm clock went off. It was one of those rare mornings that I was able to score against it. That’s how excited I was to start the day. I grabbed my camera and made my way to the church to watch the sunrise that Culion is starting to be known for.

Culion Church used to be a fortress. The first Agustinian missionaries arrived in the island in 1622 to establish a parish but the repeated moro raids pushed them to build a fortress as defense in 1740. almost two centuries later, Culion was declared a leper colony and became home to Filipinos afflicted with the illness. In 1933, the Jesuits reconstructed the fort and transformed it into a place of worship, now known as La Inmaculada Concepcion Church.

What was left of the fort (aside from the parts converted into the church) is now a crumbling watchtower, crowning what used to be a bastion. This also serves as a lighthouse, guiding seafarers at night. The fort is perched on a promontory, facing the sea and allowing an unobstructed view of the east.

The pre-sunrise glow was already illuminating the dark sapphire skies but the rays have yet to make an appearance. From here, I was able to see the side walls and pillars of the structure. The 25m x 10m church was hewn from live corals but concrete was added in some parts. It is topped with crimson rounded roof supported by another pair of red-painted walls, accented with white arch windows.

From the main road, a concrete staircase leads visitors to the two-tiered facade. The top layer boasts two arch windows with a niche that shelters an image of the Virgin Mary. below it are three doorways with niches in between, housing images of saints. Its main door is flanked by bougainvillea trees that added a dash of hot pink to the structure, cold and grey. To its right is a wall-less belfry and to its left a beautiful Palawan cherry blossoms tree.

I thought I still had much time, so I went back to the room to wake up my friend Mica and drag her to Fort Culion. just when I entered the room, it happened. The sun emerged from a lump of clouds and painted the skies pink and golden. thank heavens our room, like the fortress, was facing east that I still had a great view of the morning’s first celestial showcase.

If you want it do-it-yourself style, you may ride the 1pm boat to Culion from Coron port for P180. MY (NON-EXISTENT) SOUTH AMERICAN schedule (AND MY ANXIETY)

Posted: 2/1/16 | February 1st, 2016

I had a plan. Well, a vague idea. I came back from checking out Southeast Asia after only two months for two reasons: to speak at a nyc travel show in January as well as to provide a keynote speech in Orlando in February about linking with consumers on social media.

It didn’t make sense to fly home, back to Asia, as well as then back again, so what to finish with the time in between talks?

“South America,” I thought. It’s a location I haven’t went to much, so what much better method to spend my time than seeing the continent?

(Well, at least part of it.)

With the seven weeks I had, I organized to check out Argentina as well as Chile. Then, upon realizing that Uruguay was a ferry trip from Buenos Aires, I thought, “Let’s go there too.”

So my seven-week trip was going to look like this:

Buenos Aires (Argentina) – Colonia (Uruguay) – Montevideo (Uruguay) – Rosario (Argentina) – Córdoba (Argentina) – Mendoza (Argentina) – Santiago (Chile) – Torres del Paine (Chile) – Bariloche (Argentina) – Santiago (Chile)

A bit fast-paced however still not as well fast.

I chosen this path since it made the most logistical sense. Whereas my schedule in Southeast Asia revolved around a function (to see Isaan), this schedule came about since I drew directly lines as well as these locations fell on the lines!

But, after two days in Buenos Aires, I altered my plans.

This time it had nothing to finish with being pulled in one more direction or satisfying people as well as choosing to travel with them.

It had to finish with the truth that I was metaphorically drowning.

See, I’ve always been a high-strung person. I work as well much, I don’t balance work as well as play, as well as I make myself vague promises that tomorrow I’ll do things in a different way — however I never do.

I have that new England work principles (which I have no regrets about), however because December, it’s triggered me anxiety. The kind that makes your eye twitch.

My work principles has been referred to as “super full-time,” which typically isn’t a problem, however lately, it’s established into one.

I’m juggling as well numerous projects. While I’ve always done that, after speaking to a truly close friend, I realized that the difference between now as well as the past was that I did all my previous juggling while in one place.

Now, I’m trying to do eight things (literally) while traveling, as well as it’s been difficult to maintain.

Moreover, there have been some truly huge personal as well as household problems going on that have just added to this “weight.”

Something had to provide and, unfortunately, it was my sanity.

In an effort to reclaim my sanity as well as health and wellness as well as recommit to producing the balance in my life I guaranteed myself months back after my friend’s passing, I chose to make a change. Mind you, I’m not dissatisfied (my life is quite awesome) or feeling ungrateful, as well as I understand I brought this upon myself, however I can’t go on like this.

So what does that mean? Besides dropping jobs left as well as right, my schedule now appears like this:

Can’t see anything? Where’s that map?

Nope, your browser is not broken. That’s no mistake. There’s no schedule anymore. I now have no timetable for this trip. I’ve spent the last week in Mendoza, Argentina, drinking red wine as well as completing a couple of jobs I needed/wanted done, however with those complete, all that is left is whatever blog messages I select to write.

I don’t plan on truly seeing much other than Netflix (please, no Making a Murderer spoilers!), the end of numerous great books, as well as the excellent outdoors as I hike the crap out of Patagonia.

As I believed about the triggers of my stress and anxiety as well as feelings of panic, I kept coming back to the word have.

I have to do this.

I have to go to this event.

I have to go to this satisfying or I have to state indeed to this.

My good friend James Altucher composed a book called The Power of No, and I’ve believed a great deal lately about that liberating word — no.

I feel in our contemporary life we autumn into “the hectic trap” where we state indeed to everything. Suddenly, we get caught up in a cycle as well as we’re going nonstop. We’re overcommitted, burnt out, as well as drinking energy drinks or coffee to stay awake for it all.

But beyond a few fundamental needs (eating, drinking water, taking care of family, as well as working), we don’t have to do anything.

We don’t requirement to state indeed to whatever or everyone. We can state no. We are the masters of our ship, as well as if we don’t want to do something, we don’t have to!

It’s our life. who cares what people think?

I always understood this on an intellectual level, however it wasn’t up until my eye started twitching as well as I felt like I couldn’t deal with everything that I lastlY innså det på et emosjonelt nivå.
